About The Position

TF Partners is a fast-growing, top-producing agency that has experienced double-digit growth for over a decade. We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our Joplin team and help local businesses enhance their employee benefit offerings. In this role, you will work directly with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to provide customized benefit solutions that improve employee satisfaction and support organizational goals. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales position with strong long-term earning and growth potential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present customized employee benefit solutions based on client needs
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify goals and recommend solutions
  • Generate and manage leads using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
  • Contribute to overall agency growth and team success
