About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Director to drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This is a 1099 commission-only role with uncapped residual income earning potential, designed for experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurial self-starters. The role involves promoting Managed IT Services (MSP), Cybersecurity Solutions, AI Strategy & AI Enablement, AI Integrations & Automation, Web Development & Website Redesigns, Mobile App Development, Cloud Infrastructure & Digital Transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role (e.g., Sales Director, VP of Sales, or similar)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in B2B sales, preferably within MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or technology sectors
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, metrics, and performance management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • B2B sales: 10 years (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and business development managers
  • Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics for the team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting
  • Drive new business development and key account acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and campaign strategies
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM usage

  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales methodology and standards
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership

  • Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on results and continuous improvement
