We serve businesses throughout Connecticut with a strong focus on security, compliance, and customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we're building a focused inside sales function to unlock additional value within our existing customer base and local market without the heavy travel demands of traditional outside sales. This is a career building inside sales role for someone early in their sales journey who wants real ownership, not just call quotas. As a B2B Sales Associate, you'll work from our East Windsor headquarters to identify and close our main product line of secure destruction services, together with cross-sell and expansion opportunities for our other service offerings. You'll combine research, outbound outreach, and consultative selling, using modern sales tools and a structured CRM process--to grow revenue within existing accounts and new prospects. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys learning the full sales cycle and wants exposure to B2B selling in a professional services environment.
