About The Position

Sibylline is seeking a dynamic and creative B2B Marketing Associate to support the execution of its marketing strategy across various channels. This role involves a combination of hands-on event management and digital marketing expertise, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation. The goal is to enhance engagement, generate leads, and strengthen the company's brand presence. A strong interest in global affairs, international relations, or geopolitics is highly beneficial, as the role will involve translating complex insights from analysts into accessible content for senior business audiences. This is a full-time remote position based in the UK, with occasional travel to the office for training, events, or administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role with exposure to events and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong cross-functional team player.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and keen eye for detail.
  • Must have eligible and current right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and send marketing emails using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, managing contact lists, segmentation, and automated journeys.
  • Optimize email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, content, and calls-to-action, tracking metrics, and providing insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with content guidelines and calendar for email marketing.
  • Draft and edit marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, event pages, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to transform insights into compelling narratives and campaigns.
  • Develop and schedule content across corporate social media channels, supporting campaign planning and contributing creative ideas.
  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare reports on channel performance, maintaining consistent tone and brand alignment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and virtual events, managing all end-to-end logistics including venue booking, supplier liaison, guest registration, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event themes and messaging align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Create promotional materials and event landing pages to drive attendance and engagement.
