About The Position

Propelis is a leading global Marketing Services company delivering Strategic Design & Production for some of the world’s leading brands. Propelis is the result of joining the two leading companies in Strategic, Experiential, Packaging and Adaptive design, ecommerce solutions, artwork production and print solutions. We’re seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Leader to drive our growth, brand awareness, and demand generation in the enterprise and mid-market space. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You’ll lead a high-performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).
  • Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.
  • Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.
