About The Position

Sperton Global AS, a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, has partnered with a fast-growing U.S.-based DTC fashion and apparel brand within the retail industry. We are seeking a Sales Associate (B2B) to join our client’s team in Carrollton, Texas. This is a dynamic, client-facing role focused on driving B2B sales growth, building strong business relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and confident in representing a retail brand across multiple channels, including trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience working in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
  • Confidence in representing a brand externally at events and client meetings
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads, converting opportunities into sales
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions and customer retention
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely deal closures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demand
