About The Position

You will lead go-to-market strategy and execution to drive growth for the education B2B segment, working across product, sales, channel, finance, and operations. You will influence pricing, channel incentives, and enablement to expand partner-led routes to market. This is a Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) in San Jose, CA supporting global and regional stakeholders. This is a one year contract.

Requirements

  • BS/BA and 8+ years in marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional B2B teams driving impactful business initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of B2B GTM, including reseller and direct channel models
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in tracking metrics and performance management
  • Skilled in problem-solving, strategic decision-making, data-backed advocacy, and strong communication
  • High AI literacy and ability to automate routine tasks using AI

Responsibilities

  • Drive field execution of go-to-market strategies by aligning cross-functional teams, enabling partners, and ensuring consistent engagement with target customer segments to accelerate growth
  • Identify opportunities for new growth and own end-to-end rollout of key initiatives to support business growth
  • Act as a GTM overlay to support team members in managing program progress and resolving blockers
  • Partner with Channel/Reseller Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to develop and execute plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with Field/Partner Marketing to create enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and partner-facing call scripts
  • Design and manage channel incentives and pricing models to drive partner performance
  • Engage regional and country leaders to localize GTM strategy and implementation
  • Own tracking, metrics, and reporting for the business segment and lead performance management activities
