Azure Developer

The job overview for this role is to provide infrastructure support for the Matrix Application, improve and maintain internal and customer DevOps pipelines, and develop and maintain technical support documentation for infrastructure services. The candidate will also assess risk and impact of infrastructure issues, partner with implementation and product teams, and participate in application releases. The role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work with multiple customers.

- Provide infrastructure support for Matrix Application, including resolving pipeline issues, infrastructure issues, and application issues - Improve and maintain internal and customer DevOps pipelines - Develop and maintain technical support documentation for infrastructure services - Maximize the potential of the infrastructure services - Assess risk and impact of infrastructure issues and escalate to business and technology management - Formulate and define scope and objectives for complex infrastructure enhancements and problem resolution - Prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements with implementation and product teams - Participate in application releases, from development to deployment into production - Engage in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality - Ensure essential procedures are followed and define operating standards and processes - Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information

- Experience in providing infrastructure support for applications - Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and ability to improve and maintain them - Proficiency in Azure cloud and Azure CLI or PowerShell tooling - Ability to assess risk and impact of infrastructure issues and escalate them in a timely manner - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate scope and objectives for infrastructure enhancements - Collaboration with implementation and product teams for bug fixes and support tooling requirements - Participation in application releases, from development to deployment - Post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality - Familiarity with operating standards and processes - Ability to provide guidance and coaching to new or lower-level analysts - Analytical skills and evaluative judgment based on factual information
