About the position
Rimes is currently experiencing a period of growth and is seeking individuals to join their team in various roles across Sales, Product, Development, Marketing, and other functions. One of the key areas they are hiring for is Client Services, which plays a crucial role in managing the interface between clients, the Rimes platform, and the organization. The Client Services team is responsible for overseeing the delivery of financial data to over 350 clients, monitoring exceptions, handling complex escalations, and managing the technical relationship with clients. They work closely with clients to adapt services and provide regular service reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of 60000+ data feeds daily
- Proactively monitor exceptions based on timeliness and the quality of data
- Manage client's ever-changing priorities and corresponding queries
- Handle complex escalation from the first line group
- Manage change projects that impact all clients globally
- Own the technical relationship with the client
- Ensure the client's service operates within a set of KPI's
- Make suitable adjustments to ensure the service continues to meet the requirements of the investment management industry
- Provide regular service reviews with clients
- Reinforce the value proposition, provide industry insight, and uncover further opportunities to solve client's challenges

- Previous work experience in financial data industry
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graduate calibre preferred
- Experience with large datasets
- Proficiency with financial spreadsheets and databases
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- Knowledge of Python and equity/fixed income indices is useful
