About the position
Rimes is currently experiencing a period of growth and expansion, and as a result, they are seeking individuals to join their team in various departments such as Sales, Product, Development, Marketing, and more. One of the key areas they are hiring for is Client Services, which plays a crucial role in managing the delivery of financial data to over 350 clients worldwide. The Client Services team is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate provision of data, handling client queries and priorities, managing complex escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires individuals who are flexible, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of 60000+ data feeds daily
- Proactively monitor exceptions based on timeliness and the quality of data
- Manage client's ever-changing priorities and corresponding queries
- Handle complex escalation from the first line group
- Manage change projects that impact all clients globally
- Own the technical relationship with the client
- Ensure the client's service operates within a set of KPI's
- Make suitable adjustments to ensure the service continues to meet the requirements of the investment management industry
- Provide regular service reviews with clients
- Reinforce the value proposition, provide industry insight, and uncover further opportunities to solve client's challenges
