Responsible for the sole preparation of Awning Fabric Materials for Motorized Awning Complete Units by utilizing. Industrial Sewing Machines to sew fabric in correlation with SunPro Tablets and set daily production goals.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sewing
Hands-on experience with industrial sewing machines
Comfortable using both power tools and manual tools
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Team player who works well with others to achieve shared goals
Physically capable of meeting lifting and standing requirements
Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment
Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and assemble materials according to specifications
Use power and manual tools safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
Handle and move materials, including lifting up to 55 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with a team
Maintain organization of workspace, tools, and production materials
Follow production schedules while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity goals
Perform basic computer tasks related to production tracking or reporting
Work in a plant environment with non-climate-controlled conditions
