About The Position
Hospice Home Care is seeking an Area Vice President of Operations to oversee hospice branches across an assigned geographic territory in Arkansas. The role leads daily operations across multiple branches with a combined census of up to 1,000, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient-centered care. The AVP manages financial performance and resources, uses data to guide continuous improvement, and provides strategic leadership and mentorship to Executive Directors, Administrators, and staff. The position also works with senior leadership to align branch operations with company goals and supports growth through strong outcomes and community partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-site management in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare program.
- Hospice experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations and reimbursement.
- Knowledge of financial operations.
- Results-oriented approach.
