About The Position

The AVP Finance Operations supports assigned enterprise financial systems, applications, and vendor relationships. The role works directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and oversee alignment between technologies and their associated processes, while ensuring efficient deployments, integrations, and functionality across the enterprise. The position also supports and leads performance-improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
• 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Technology, and/or Healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• System integration experience involving both general ledger and other integrated systems, such as payroll and budgeting.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• 10 years of experience in Healthcare, Technology, or Finance Leadership.

• Work with senior leaders to drive strategy.
• Work across all sectors of the enterprise to drive performance improvement.
• Develop and present information that leads to efficient outcomes.
• Lead assigned integration and optimization projects that connect systems and improve processes.
• Evaluate vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Support assigned enterprise financial systems, applications, and vendor relationships.
• Provide oversight and alignment of technologies and associated processes; ensure efficient deployments, integrations, and functionality.
• Support and lead performance-improvement projects as assigned.
