About The Position

The AVP Finance Operations supports assigned enterprise financial systems, applications, and vendor relationships. The role works directly with finance and senior leadership to analyze and provide oversight of technology and associated processes, ensuring alignment and efficient deployments, integrations, and functionality across the enterprise. The position also supports and leads assigned performance improvement projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Technology, and/or Healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
System integration experience with general ledger and other integrated systems, such as payroll and budget systems.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration.
10 years in Healthcare, Technology, or Finance Leadership.

Responsibilities

Work with senior leaders to drive strategy.
Work with all sectors of the enterprise to drive performance improvement.
Develop and present information that leads to efficient outcomes.
Lead assigned integration and optimization projects that connect systems and improve processes.
Perform vendor evaluations and manage vendor relationships.
