Canadian based role leading Enterprise Loyalty, Credit Cards Loyalty and Account Management/Customer Engagement. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Provides leadership and oversight for the development, management and execution of marketing plans, that drive business growth with TD's Proprietary Loyalty Program (TD Rewards), development of Enterprise Loyalty strategy and Marketing leadership with key Loyalty Partnership across the cards business (Air Canada, Expedia, Amazon, Starbucks, and Uber) as well as business development activities Owns development & management of marketing plans and associated business sponsored marketing budgets Works closely across Marketing Practices, leads the development, budget allocation & delivery of integrated campaigns and in so doing, is responsible for media/advertising strategies, creative delivery & performance tracking for the business (integrated campaigns include paid, owned and earned tactics). Partners closely with business and external partners to delivery on business OKR's Provides oversite to strategy kickoffs within marketing (target, offer, timelines, budget) in compliance with Marketing process and governance control requirements Applies the Brand to all aspects of marketing and is the key resource for the business on the brand. Understand end to end customer journeys and support the business to deliver the brand through customer experience Develop marketing talent that are enterprise assets for the organization
