This position reports to the Executive Vice President - Consumer Lending Manager and may receive guidance from the Loan Committee and daily work with other officers and staff to meet customers needs and provide a profit for Bank.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business marketing, management, accounting or finance is required.
At least four years related experience.
Excellent communication and human relation skills also required.
Must have a thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills.

Nice To Haves

Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
Bank lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate retail contracts and volume for the bank by establishing relationships with commercial retail businesses.
Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts.
Responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct or indirect basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit.
Responsible for retail sales finance acquisition advising commercial business owners to market financing options to their potential customers.
Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
