About The Position

As a litigation lawyer, your duties will consist of actively participating in litigation cases, including both defence and claims. You will manage cases under the supervision of partners and/or senior associates. You will plead before the Quebec courts as well as before professional boards. You will be involved in all aspects of litigation and will participate in creating and implementing strategies as well as discussions with clients and experts. More specifically, and without this list being exhaustive, our lawyers will need to be able to provide complex legal advice and opinions in English, draft proceedings and factums, and prepare and conduct examinations, all within a fully bilingual work environment.
