About The Position

Emery Air, LLC. Aviation Ground Support Services Division is seeking several high-energy, self-motivated individuals to join its aviation ground support team. The role provides aircraft services and customer support at Chicago Rockford International Airport. The advertised schedule is second shift, either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; candidates must also be willing to work any shift in a seven-day operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Emery Air is a Midwest provider of FBO services and ground support with more than 50 years of experience. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to take and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Willingness to work any shift in a seven-day operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check to obtain and retain required credentials, including clearances such as FAA, TSA, and Port Authority credentials.
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Valid, clear driver's license.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide basic aircraft services, including fuel, oil, lavatory, and water service.
De-ice and anti-ice aircraft.
Marshal aircraft through arrivals and departures.
Greet pilots, passengers, and crew.
Move aircraft.
Drive vehicles in areas congested with aircraft, vehicles, and equipment.
Transport clients.
Assist with baggage.
Keep hangars, tarmac, and client areas clean and orderly.
Promote a safe environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain facilities and equipment.
Provide top-quality service.
Perform fuel quality control functions.
