About The Position

This role is for a hands-on, technically inclined individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field. The AV Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring audio-visual, network, control, lighting, and shading systems. This position requires experience on construction sites, the ability to perform physical tasks, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition
• High EQ

Nice To Haves

• Programming (a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices
• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
• Client communication, support, and training
