About The Position

Royalty Staffing is hiring Autonomous Vehicle Drivers in the San Francisco Metropolitan Area for a growing ride-hailing company. The role offers an opportunity to support the development and operation of autonomous vehicles. Multiple schedules are available, with additional pay for weekend and night shifts: 5% extra per hour for weekend day shifts and 10% extra per hour for weekend night shifts. Drivers spend 4–8 hours per day driving and also support vehicle operations, maintenance, logistics, documentation, and engineering feedback.

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge to perform vehicle checks.
• Ability to drive for long durations, including 6 hours in a car per day.
• Basic technology ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent driving history.
• No criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle operations.
• Drive 4–8 hours a day, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct basic software operation tasks.
• Support missions in a variety of roles, both in and out of vehicles.
• Assist with documentation and metrics.
• Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams.
• Support vehicle maintenance and logistics.
• Conduct daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs.
• Provide logistical support for moving and storing vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and the workplace are ready and clean.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.
