Automotive Technician - Level B, Honda
About The Position
Balise is seeking a qualified automotive technician for Honda of North Attleborough, with a focus on production and customer satisfaction. The technician performs warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards. The role requires completing work correctly and on time, maintaining high-quality work habits, and keeping the work area clean and safe, including proper waste disposal. Compensation is $23.00–$30.00 per hour and is paid weekly based on production, experience, and skillset. The dealership offers a modern, climate-controlled facility with current technology and equipment, a productive shop, experienced ASMs, and a loyal customer base. Paid hands-on and web-based factory training and certification are available, along with uniforms, built-in toolboxes, career advancement opportunities, and paid time off beginning the month of hire. The position requires a current valid driver’s license and an insurability rating.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A- or B-level technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- Current valid driver’s license and an insurability rating.
- Professional work ethic and ability to exercise good judgment.
