About The Position
Holman is hiring a skilled C-level Automotive Technician for Leith Honda. The technician performs repair work efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and dealership and factory standards, diagnoses malfunctions, and completes repairs. The role requires keeping current with automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials, maintaining a clean shop and accounting for dealership tools, and road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality. The technician must adapt to evolving automotive and diagnostic technologies. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available based on qualifications, and relocation assistance is available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of dealership service experience.
- Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Willingness to undergo background requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Appropriate technical training or ASE certifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
- Maintain current knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
- Keep the shop area neat and clean and account for dealership tools.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs are of high quality.
- Adapt to changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics.
