About The Position

Community Dental Partners is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join Smile Design: Stephenville, a solo-doctor, family-focused practice in Stephenville, Texas. The practice offers strong patient demand, a steady patient flow, a fully digital office, four operatories, and a fully supported clinical and administrative team. The dentist will provide comprehensive general and family dental care while building lasting patient relationships and contributing to a positive, quality-focused team culture. The role offers clinical autonomy with mentorship and support available as needed, along with company-provided continuing education and opportunities for professional development. The position offers production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay and potential annual income of $396,000–$443,520. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available with a two-year, full-time commitment, paid as $5,000 in each of the first two years. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with full-time or part-time options; part-time dentists may choose consistent workdays. The practice is in person in Stephenville, Texas.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active or eligible Texas dental license.
