About The Position
Holman is hiring an Express Technician for its busy Leith Honda Aberdeen location. The role requires experience performing routine maintenance on all makes and models, tire mounting and balancing, suspension repairs and alignments, and brake pad or shoe replacement and rotor machining. Eligible new technician employees may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, based on skill level.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and willingness to undergo background requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of lube maintenance experience is desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on all makes and models, including fluid flushes.
- Mount and balance all types of tires.
- Perform suspension repairs and/or alignments.
- Replace brake pads or shoes and machine rotors.
