About The Position

Leith Honda, part of Holman, is hiring a skilled C-level Automotive Technician. The role involves completing repairs according to dealership and factory standards, diagnosing malfunctions, and maintaining current knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials. The technician also keeps the shop clean, accounts for dealership tools, and road-tests vehicles to verify repair quality. The position requires adapting to changing automotive technologies and diagnostic practices. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available based on qualifications, and relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of dealership service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Willingness to undergo background requirements.

• Appropriate technical training or ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain current knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality expectations.
• Adapt to changing automotive and diagnostic technologies.
