About The Position

Belle Tire is hiring an Automotive Technician to perform expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail service environment focused on safety and quality. The role services a variety of vehicle systems and calls for a passion for working on cars and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store, with varying work hours Monday through Saturday and a physically demanding workshop setting.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
At least 2 years of automotive repair/mechanic experience.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on engine, drivetrain/axles, suspension/steering, brake, electrical, heating/air conditioning, and engine performance systems.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
