About The Position

As an Automotive Technician at Belle Tire, you provide expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is for someone passionate about working on cars and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store, in a fast-paced workshop with varying work hours Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
Two years of automotive repair or mechanic experience.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repairs on a variety of systems, including engine repair, drivetrain and axles, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
