About The Position

As an Automotive Technician at Belle Tire, you provide expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is based in a tire and automotive service retail store and includes work in a fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands. Work hours vary Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The store is closed Sundays and specified holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have a State of Michigan Mechanic Certification when applicable in Michigan.
Have 2 years of automotive repair or mechanic experience.
Have a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repairs on engine, drivetrain/axle, suspension/steering, brake, electrical, heating/air conditioning, and engine performance systems.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
