About The Position

As an Automotive Technician at Belle Tire, you provide expert automotive repairs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The role is for someone passionate about working on cars and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store, in a fast-paced workshop setting. Work hours vary Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Sundays and specified holidays are closed.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have a State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
Have 2 years of automotive repair/mechanic experience.
Have a customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repairs on a variety of systems, including engine repair, drivetrain/axles, suspension/steering, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, and engine performance.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
