Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team by guiding daily responsibilities, overseeing workflow and priorities, and serving as the primary escalation point for questions, issues, and operational challenges.
• Process vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder is recorded before processing title applications.
• Check title applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Maintain the title database to provide visibility into title statuses.
• Oversee wholesale title transactions to ensure prompt funding.
• Manage car-deal processing and verify costs for the accounting department, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons.
• Handle legal transfers of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
