Responsibilities

• Process vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder has been paid off before processing title applications.
• Check title applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Support processing car deals and verify costs for the accounting department, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons.
• Handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
