Midas - Automotive Store Managers
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time Automotive Store Managers for a service, repair, and tire center in Aurora, Colorado. Store Managers oversee a retail location and work to maximize profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement sales programs and direct technicians and mechanics to ensure vehicle repair and maintenance are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. They also communicate with customers, assess their needs, explain requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Managers use a digital dashboard to track performance and weekly earnings, and lead by example in advancing Midas's sales initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Lead by example to reinforce Midas's position in tire and auto service retail.
