Midas - Automotive Store Managers
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time Automotive Store Managers for a service, repair, and tire center in Parker, Colorado. The Store Manager oversees a retail store location and works to maximize profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. The role includes implementing and managing sales programs and directing technicians and mechanics to ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Store Managers communicate with customers, assess their needs, explain requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. A digital dashboard helps managers track their performance and weekly earnings while leading by example. The position offers a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail store management experience, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Values dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
