Midas - Automotive Store Managers
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time Store Managers for a service, repair, and tire center in Monroe, Michigan. Store Managers manage a retail location and work to maximize profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs and direct technicians and mechanics to ensure vehicle repair and maintenance are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. They also work directly with customers to assess needs, explain requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Store Managers use a digital dashboard to track performance and weekly earnings and lead by example in supporting the company’s sales initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Values dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
