About The Position

Rallye Motor Company is seeking a part-time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter for Rallye BMW. The role helps provide clients with a seamless, personalized automotive experience by creating a welcoming showroom environment, greeting and directing visitors, and managing incoming calls. The receptionist also supports sales management and staff and handles a high volume of paperwork and clerical tasks.

The position requires prior customer service and/or administrative experience, strong communication and organizational abilities, computer skills, and a professional, outgoing, and patient manner. Dealership receptionist experience is preferred. Pay is $20–$24 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous reception or administrative experience.
• Ability to learn various computer systems.
• Microsoft Office skills and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.
• Direct incoming patrons and dealership phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, using the greeting and etiquette specified by management.
• Greet and direct all clients who visit the dealership.
• Support sales management and sales staff.
• Organize and keep track of a high volume of paperwork.
• Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
