Requirements

Previous reception/administrative assistant experience, automotive reception experience preferred.
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, highly organized.
Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between dealership and customers/vendors.
Direct the flow of incoming patrons and phone calls to the dealership in a friendly and courteous way, while ensuring the use of the correct greeting and etiquette as determined by management.
Supporting the sales management and sales staff.
Directing customers to sales representatives and check in appointments.
Input notes into the CRM system.
Compiling data and developing detailed spreadsheets.
Develop PowerPoint presentations.
Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.
