About The Position

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is hiring an Automotive Service Writer to serve as the interface between customers and technicians during vehicle repairs. The role includes greeting customers, scheduling appointments, completing repair paperwork, keeping customers informed about repair status and service needs, and conveying relevant information to technicians. The Service Writer also follows up with guests, management, and other departments to resolve problems.
