About The Position

Ciocca Ford of York is hiring energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated automotive technicians to join its growing team. The role offers an opportunity to support customers and the community while pursuing financial and career goals. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains Ford vehicles, performs maintenance and A- and B-level repairs, and completes warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. The position is full-time and paid at an hourly flat rate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of service technician experience.
• Ford or ASE certification.
• Ford dealership experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform A- and B-level repairs and service maintenance.
