About The Position

Ciocca Kia of Ewing is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Automotive Service Technician to join its growing team. The technician will test-drive vehicles, use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems, and diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems. The role includes estimating the time required for additional repairs, completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications, and following safety procedures. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of Service Technician experience.
ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Follow all safety procedures.
