Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred.
• Kia experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and provide updates throughout the service process.
• Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
