About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager for Hertrich Kia of Easton, a new state-of-the-art dealership with a 14,000-square-foot facility and a 10-bay service shop. The position offers a salary-plus-commission/bonus pay plan, with an advertised income range of $50,000 to $85,000+. The role supports a busy service department and provides opportunities for career growth.

The position involves delivering customer service throughout the repair process, advising customers on service needs, coordinating with technicians, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily service operations. The schedule is flexible and includes Saturdays.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience, or 1+ year of Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency with service systems.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a high-quality service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls.

• Ensure repair orders and other documentation are accurate.
