About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager for Hertrich Kia of Easton, a new state-of-the-art dealership in Easton, Maryland. The facility includes a 14,000-square-foot building, a 10-bay service shop, a large showroom, and increased inventory. The busy service department offers steady workflow, earning potential, and career growth.

The position offers a salary-plus-commission/bonus pay plan, with income ranging from $50,000 to $85,000+. The role focuses on providing a strong customer service experience, advising customers about repairs, coordinating service work, and supporting daily service department operations.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience, or at least 1 year of Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency with service systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
