Automotive Service Technician - Ford
About The Position
Ciocca Ford of York is hiring energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated auto technicians to join its team. The technician tests and diagnoses vehicles, performs maintenance and repairs across automotive systems, estimates the time needed for additional repairs, and completes warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred.
- ASE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.
