About The Position
Auto Care Plus is hiring a hands-on Automotive Service Manager to lead its Fall River, Massachusetts location. The manager will oversee day-to-day shop operations, lead and develop Service Advisors and Technicians, improve sales and operational performance, and provide a consistently strong customer experience. The position offers ownership of a shop with support from an experienced leadership team at a growing, multi-location organization.

Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of automotive service management or leadership experience.
- RO Writer experience.
- Portuguese language skills; bilingual applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fall River location.
- Coach, develop, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture.
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and overall shop performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, car count, ARO, labor productivity, and customer experience.
- Ensure customers receive honest, professional, and consistent service.
- Support Service Advisors with repair recommendations, estimates, and customer communication.
- Oversee workflow and help maximize technician productivity.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring and team development.
- Build lasting customer relationships and grow repeat and referral business.
- Ensure high standards for shop safety, cleanliness, organization, and quality.
- Work with company leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth.
