About The Position

Auto Care Plus is hiring a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor for its Londonderry/Plaistow area team. The role is with a growing, multi-store automotive repair organization that emphasizes customer service, technician excellence, and career advancement. The Service Advisor helps customers understand vehicle repair and maintenance needs, coordinates work with technicians, and supports an excellent customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup. The position offers a stated starting salary of $50,000, with potential annual earnings of $60,000–$90,000 or more through salary and bonus.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience presenting maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes.

• RO Writer experience preferred.
