Requirements
- 1-5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- RO Writer experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships
- Experience presenting maintenance and repair recommendations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
- Bilingual applicants are welcome
- Portuguese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build lasting relationships
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly
- Provide estimates and explain repair needs in a professional, customer-friendly manner
- Coordinate work between customers and technicians
- Follow up on vehicle status and completion timelines
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
