About The Position
Shelor Motor Mile is growing and looking for experienced Automotive Service Dispatchers to help keep our service operations running efficiently at our established Christiansburg location and our new Salem Motor Mile location. The ideal candidates are motivated individuals with previous customer service experience who possess strong customer relations skills, excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, proficient computer skills, as well as a professional appearance and telephone manner. Previous automotive service experience and basic automotive knowledge is necessary.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing repair orders
