Jerry Seiner Salt Lake KIA is actively hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume service department in Salt Lake City. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing service sales, customer retention, and CSI performance. Requirements

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Automotive dealership experience
KIA or import dealership experience
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Xtime, or similar dealership software

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair updates
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and estimated completion times
Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
Help maximize service lane productivity and department sales
