About The Position
Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join its team. The role supports customers throughout the service process and helps coordinate service orders, technician assignments, and the flow of the service drive lane. The position offers commission-based pay with potential annual earnings of $60,000–$85,000, full-time work that includes some Saturdays, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.
Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are handled appropriately.
- Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
