About The Position

Blackstone Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Maintenance Service Advisor to join our service team. This position is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests, assisting with their vehicle maintenance needs, providing maintenance recommendations, and guiding customers throughout the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and documentation.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Toyota experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Assist customers with scheduled maintenance and service recommendations.
  • Educate customers on Toyota factory maintenance requirements and available services.
  • Review and explain Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) results with customers.
  • Present maintenance recommendations and additional services based on vehicle condition.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
  • Close repair orders, process payments, and complete the customer checkout process.
  • Ensure all repair orders and documentation meet Toyota and company standards.
  • Build long-term relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Work closely with fellow advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve department goals.
